Walking Interview

A Walk-in interview will be held on 16.06.2016 (Thursday) at 12:30 PM in the Department of Geography, Presidency University for engagement of One (1) Project Assistant (Purely Temporary Basis) for the research project under FAST TRACK SCHEME FOR YOUNG SCIENTIST fellowship entitled “Modelling the impact of constructing cascade dams on the evolution of the downstream channel morphology and the risk of dam-break disasters in the Teesta River” for a period of one year.

Essential Qualification:

1. BSc (Hons) in Geography

2. Sound knowledge of MS Excel software

3. Experience in handling ArcGIS software

Desirable Criteria:

1. Knowledge of Matlab

The remuneration of Project Research Assistant will be Rs. 8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand) only consolidated per month fixed. No TA / DA will be provided for attending the interview.
