Vendors are invited to submit your most competitive quotation for the following goods/works with item wise detailed specifications given below.

Supply, Fitting & Fixing of Signage Board in Presidency University Campus, 86/1 Collage Street, Kolkata- 700073

· Please Contact with the Planning and Development Office of Presidency University for further clarification.

I. The contract shall be for the full quantity as described above.

II. The quotation shall be signed by the vendor with seal on each page of the document.

III. The vendorisadvice to inspect and examine the site before quoting the rates. Please contact with the office of the undersigned for any further clarifications.

IV. The rates to be quoted should be inclusive of all taxes. There will be no change of rates with market variation.

V. The agency must stick to their work program including quality control of works firmly and monitor the works accordingly.

VI. The contractor shall start the work from the next day after the receipt of the work order.

VII. No payment in advance will be made.

VIII. The Quotations would be evaluated for all items together.

IX. Past performance & experience may be furnished to consider the credential of the bidder.

X. Award of contract: TheUniversity will award the contract to the bidder whose quotation has been determined to be substantially responsive and who has offered the lowest evaluated quotation price.

XI. Notwithstanding the above, the University reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations at any time prior to the award of contract.

XII. Payment will be made after satisfactory completion of the work and production of bills with other necessary documents.

The University reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all quotations without showing any reason.
