RENOVATION OF CLASS ROOMS OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS AND ROOF TREATMENT OF NETAJI SUBHAS BUILDING (PART – 1) AT PRESIDENCY UNIVERSITY, 86/1, COLLEGE STREET,KOLKATA-700 073.

Presidency University, Kolkata invites online bids through the West Bengal Government e-procurement system ( https://www.wbtenders.gov.in ) from the reputed / bonfide and resourceful contractors for the items as per Annexure XII for “Renovation of class rooms of various departments and roof treatment of Netaji Subhas building (part – 1)”. Interested contractors are requested to provide their bids as per Technical Specifications (Annexure-IV), Priced Schedule (Annexure-XII) and General Terms & Conditions (Annexure-II), signed Tender documents, Application and Declaration (Annexure–II to XIII) under the Two-Bid System.

The folder of Technical Bid should contain Annexure II to Annexure XIII dully filled up and signed and the folder of Financial Bid should contain Price Bid only.

Financial Bid will be opened only if Technical Bid is found in order after technical evaluation. The University retains the right to cancel any of the items at a later date after the contract is awarded. The University at its own discretion may cancel any or all the bids without assigning any reason. The University may not confine itself to issue work order in favor of the lowest bidder.
