The greatest challenges facing humankind centre around sustaining and restoring the natural environment functions while providing equitable access to its resources and a higher standard of living to all. A National Seminar on Negotiating Nature, Culture and the Future has thus been organised, to collate such ideologies and merge viewpoints on how to proceed with human development and economic empowerment while sustaining or reviving the habitats and their operative processes that nourish and house us all.
